Joys of Playful Cartooning

About Me…
Just as my mother rescued me from a pile of black soot when I was three years old, so too in later years, playful cartooning rescued me from the dark side of newspaper artwork – which included law court and crime scene illustration.
In these present dark times we need similar lightheartedness to help in easing the burden we all bear, which is why to play my part, through the internet, I’m sharing my abilities and secrets from what I’ve learnt over 50years of illustration, which included hundreds of humorous illustrations for greeting card companies, books, posters, tshirts etc.
Having said that, wouldn’t it be good to look back in years to come knowing you and I have handled this bleak time wisely.
For this purpose I offer a playful instruction on how I draw, find ideas, and if required, knowhow/whereto and how to direct your efforts for publishing and production, and maybe find a fun-filled career into the bargain.
